Minions bugging patch 5.24

I am sorry that i did get the chance to take a recording of the bugg, but my pc would most likely crash. I have realized that sometimes in game, a minion would randomly bug and not advance anymore. Seen it happen at least 12 times. the minion is still targetable and takes damage normally, but it doesnt move for around 5 secs, then re-joins the wave. Around 80% of the time it is a melee minion. Happened only in Patch 5.24, and i only noticed it in the mid lane.

If anyone got the same bugg and a video, it would be nice to post it so riot can understand the problem better.
