Remake didn't work

Our ADC didn't load in until the 6 minute mark and between the 3 and 6 minute mark our whole team was spamming /remake. It gave a message saying that we could only remake if one of our players did not connect even though one of our players DID NOT connect. We went on to open mid because of the DC and this is completely unfair. Please have someone take a look at this.

And since I know it will be asked, the scoreboard was 0-0 when we attempted to remake.
