[GAMEPLAY][Master YI] Alpha Strike can disable his spells for 4 seconds

**Bug type: **In game gameplay

Description: When using Alpha Strike [Q] on an enemy who is about to die or become untargetable (untargetable, stealthed, go in bush, be dead...) before the short casting time of the spell is completed, Meditate [W] and Wuju Style passive [E ] are disabled for 4 seconds.

Steps to reproduce :

• Use Master Yi
• Have at least one level in each spell
• Cast Alpha Strike on a minion who is about to die (the timing between the alpha strike and the minion's death must be very short), also works on a champion that can be untargetable (untargetable, stealthed, go in bush, be dead...) like Zed Leblanc, Fizz ... (all champions)
• The bug is reproduced if Alpha Strike has failed to launch, we can see that for 4 seconds Meditation is grayed out and Wuju Style buff is disabled.
