After Recall Cannot Buy

I do not know what exactly triggers this but I have also seen it happen to people streaming. After you recall you attempt to purchase an item but the item is not highlighted as if you do not have the required gold to purchase even though say I may be buying homeguards which is 475 and I will have 1k+ sitting inside the fountain after recall and it will not allow me to purchase the item untill maybe a few seconds after.
