[Gameplay] Velko'z Ultimate not working

Hi, I'm french and don't know if i can write the description in french so i will write it in english, sorry for my grammar.

I'have been playing with velko'z for a while now, a bit less than hundred games i think, and a bug occurs 3 times with his ultimate, twice in two weeks, and once maybe one month ago. The bug occurs for me with a skin : Velko'z Mechanic', maybe it have something to do with it.

In fact, when i press R (Without any silence stun or croud controle, i checked it eac three times) Velko'z get in position for ultimate (Tentacles joined in the midle) and he seems to be throwing his laser. In this position the laser don't appear and the screen and no damages are put to the ennemy. Sadly i don't have any record or this one but i pretty sure it's a bug.

Maybe some of you already heard about it.
