Client redownloading the whole game

instead of downloading a patch which i did yesterday, it is downloading the whole game yet again because i accidentally changed regions back and forward this is so messed up.

I'll just be here lurking, waiting to see if anyone responds. Plenty of time to do so since I still have another 9GB of the game to redownload.

Same. Taking forever too as Im on my apartments not that fast internet. Please help.

I'm lagging because of my country internet it goes and come back this half an hour intel it came back and every time league of legends report me for afk I'm a league of legends player why in the hell i leave a rank game 2 times in the same hour and they reported me help meeeee pls i had lagging game before and the also banned me and iam ok with that but i had finished my report yesterday and you reported me today whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

You aren't re-downloading the game. If you had read the patch notice, Riot clearly warned everyone that the next three patches were going to be 8-10 GB. It's all under the hood improvements to make the game better.
