Hi, I finished my games on a 10 game chat restriction. And after in normals i would keep getting this message after every game, so just because i got chat banned, for the rest of the season i wont be able to get hextech loot?
Deep Terror Nami1 votesIt's not the rest of the season. As long as you continue to show reformed behavior the restriction will lift. Riot NeuroCat said they will be doing something to make your "reform status" visible.

Deep Terror Nami1 votesThe system is giving you another way to obtain content, not the only way. You're losing a privilege at best. Players wanted rewards for positive behavior and now they have it, and the toxic players are upset about it.
Reform and you'll get access. It's not going to take years unless you don't change your behavior, in which case you'll probably just end up permabanned.
B00mShaka1aka1 votesLol. Frigging 10 game chat ban is easy as hell to get, all it takes is one wrong comment and u get labbeled toxic regardless of ur intent. if only riot had a proper way to judge. but still 10 game chat ban. no eta on when the rewards become available again. great guidelines.

It isn't hard at all unless you have difficulties with self-control, and that is something you need to work on or impose personal restrictions on yourself (like moving the chat box off the screen, rebinding your enter key, or muting everyone at all times).
As I mentioned, Riot will be adding something to show your reform status. Having that indication won't change whether you reform or not; only you can do that.
