Remake Bug?

Was unable to ReMake with 2 Disconnects. Did not give first blood. Both Players that were not there were never indicated as "Disconnected" in game and had red text names. So they Never connected. The game prompted it was too early every time I tried before it said that I needed at least 1 Disconnected Teammate before I can Remake. I had 2 Why was I not able to ReMake. Free LP loss is fun.
