Banned for scripting

Im a low silver player, and I don't play often, however when I went to go do my Season 9 placements I found my account perma-banned for scripting. I have never scripted, nor do I have intentions of ever scripting. I submitted a ticket to Riot Games support in the recovery of my account, but have gotten no response. Is there an email I can contact, or more direct way of getting support? Is there any way I'll be able to get my account backed?
