New Client-Accepting Matches-- Later says I declined

Is anyone having the same issues as me? On 3 separate occasions, I have accepted a ranked match in the new client. The timer runs out, then says that I have declined the match and takes me out of queue. This put me in low priority queue and the issue still persists.

Yeah, has been happening to me. I just switched back over to old client until it's resolved.

Happens to me every now and then. Also happens when I lock in a champ.
