Remake Vote not showing up in time

--- Talking about the 24 Minute Braum loss ---

Remake vote was not popping up, after an ally went afk at 1:47, First Blood occured at 3:47. We were desperately trying to force a remake, but we were unable to find any buttons or other options.

1. ​1:47 - Fiora went AFK and never reconnected

• I read that the remake option is offered by the client itself, so the players don't really have any influence on it
• during my research I also read that the remake should pop up 90s after the first player went afk AND after the 3 minute mark --> so the remake should have been offered around 3:17 (still plenty of time until FB)

2. 3:50 - FB (rip LP)

Im sorry if i just got something wrong with the overall functionality of the remakes!!
