No Box After recieving S

Hello I have been having this issue for a long time. I am an EUW player that transferred to OCE when I moved dont to this region. I have been noticing that I notably never recieve Boxces on S Rank. I have been reading some comments on this issue and there seem to be a lot of things that determine if you can get them, but lately I have been playing pocketpicks that I have not played or won on in a while. since they have not been Meta champs for a while I know I have not recieved a box (cause I almost never bet them) from someone else recieving S rank on this champ. So What gives? Have Boxes been disabled for me for some reason?

  1. If you play a champion that you already got a box for, and if you get an S on the champion, you will not get a box. You can check which champs you have boxes on in your collection

  2. You only get boxes from either you getting an S, or your friend getting any S. That’s it. If a random person not in your party gets an S, you will not receive a box

If you do not own the champion, you won't get an chest. Also, if you don't have any boxes to give, you won't be able get any

I think if you get reported too much it stops giving you , but im not sure , also im not saying you are getting reported often .
