Homeguard Bug

When I get home-guard boots, sometimes it either makes me run into the wall behind the fountain for 3-4 seconds when I'm actually clicking somewhere on the map, or if I teleport with the homeguard (usually with hecarim for the damage spike) home-guard will not work at all. Has anyone else experienced this? This bug needs to be fixed.
