[Client] Loading Screen doesn't show up after champ select @Riot
This bug occurred yesterday 10/23/15 at ~8:30 pm EDT. I logged off the client to go onto another account that I own, I have a conversation with a friend and we join queue and proceed to champion selection, I pick Kha'zix as a jungler and wait for the loading screen. When the timer finishes the client is supposed to disappear, and the logo is supposed to pop up and the loading screen begins. In my case, the client disappears, but the logo and the loading screen never came up. This is the first time the issue has occurred, and I've scoured your help/support center, and I wasn't able to fix this problem. I was also looking through the Boards and I found many other summoners experienced this issue. Anyway, when the loading screen didnt come up. I clicked on the league launcher again, and it says "another instance of this program is running do you want to terminate it?" I clicked no, and checked task manager but league wasnt running. I then clicked on the riot games symbol in the corner of the taskbar on windows 10, and it popped up with the client saying "a game is in progress." I closed client, and logged into my main account, and I saw in my friends list that my smurf was "In game". I Tried to spectate but the same thing happend, I wasnt able to get to the loading screen. Before all of this I was playing Agar.io and I was looking through the league folders, but I changed NOTHING. To re-cap
- Log onto smurf, get into queue, and get to champ select
- Wait out the champ select after you select a champ and the loading screen doesnt pop up.
- This happends 100% of the time
- Ask Riot to help
Riot I know your busy but I would really appreciate it if you could help me and my fellow summoners in solving this issue.
