Twisted Treeline not awarding LP or IP

So me and a couple friends like to mess around and play ranked 3's. Recently we've had a couple games that didn't award any of us IP or LP. At one point I had 5 games that didn't account for anything. I was wondering how many other people have had this happen to them? Proof

Edit: So quick note, this has been happening enough that we have missed out on 2 promos at least. This is a huge bug that would cause a massive uproar if it was on summoners, it shouldn't be any different for TT.
