[GAMEPLAY] Fiddle can't fear Master Yi when he is ulting

While playing an aram today I was playing fiddle. Master Yi would pop his ult and run in. I would attempt to use fear. It then said "cannot be slowed" and the fear never took place.

Replicated every time he ulted I attempted to fear and the result was the same 100% of the time
