CLIENT bug

This is happening in the launcher after i log in. Last time(1 day before I'm writing this) I was online in league I spectated a friend , then today I logged in and instantly got notified with a message " you were removed from the party " . Play button and all buttons which used to be on the play button level are not appearing , it's just blank up there.

Also I have another problem I've been experiencing for a while. When I play league of legends I get disconnected mid game many times. I don't understand why this is happening. I usually play a lot of games and I only get disconnected from LoL and Rocket League ( but I found a way to fix it , when I flush my DNS, not working for league ). I used 1 year paid VPN ( Cyberghost) and when it was on (usually some different IP but still in my country) I had no problems with league neither Rocket league. But now that my 1 year membership is over I'm trying to find another way around this problem , don't want to pay for VPN since I don't use it for anything else/ also don't want to use free VPN. The connection between router/modem and my PC is wired. As I said i don't have this problem with other games.
