Client wont launch when i click launch this happens after every patch

So i open up the launcher click launch the button goes dim for a second then goes back to orange and does nothing. sometimes it will launch and work but after a new patch and when i need to click accept twice it only brings up one set of terms and agreements then does nothing. I have reinstalled it numerous times and when i click repair nothing comes up. does anyone know the solution to my problem
