Why MUST I lock?

i keep getting dropped from games for not "locking a champ" isnt selecting it enough? i doubt (if its my turn) the champ will get selected by someone else, or banned (because banning process is done)

im on a current wait of a long fcking time right now, just to play a game. why? because you fail to do right what you already had to begin with.

with the share you sold to that Chinese company, i would hope you have more slaves (who get paid) who could simply fix this error.
