PLEASE HELP Launcher Pixels All Misplaced Patch 5.22 Unplayable

Uninstalling did not fix this and repairing did not fix this.

The patcher looks normal, but the login screen and launcher are super messed up as shown in the picture. Everything works and it's playable, but I can't read anything which strains my eyes and makes me not want to play league when you can't see what anyone is typing in champion select and the champion portraits are almost unrecognizable. Plus with the new masteries, I want to be able to read what they do in my own launcher and not have to use a separate website. I'd rather have the launcher in a different language at this point.
