Jhin and Ez glich with there ult.
this happened 2 times on each. when i used my ult my mouse curser was on one side of the screen but ult shot off or started in the other direction.

You may have accidentally clicked an ally's portrait, which launches the ultimate on their current position. It is also possible for you to click the map on accident, which fires it at wherever you clicked on the map. Other than that, it's a funny thing that happens every now and then if you're trigger happy with smartcast. I don't think it'll get resolved on a whim, if it does get a fix then it'd need to be due to some kind of whacky bug that makes it more likely to happen. I've had this happen as Jinx once or twice.
