Santa Draven audio bug

Santa Draven's audio bug is rigged, i cannot hear any of the special sound effects in game, i can only hear the classic skin's sounds. I have been experiencing this bug since the winter map has been removed and after lots of bug reports and league client repairs, i even bought a new laptop with a fresh, new windows and it still doesn't work even if i repaired the client there too.
