Graphical bug

This bug started about a month ago. Id hop on league like I normally would and the fog of war would flash and freak out. Its really annoying. Not only that but the store will also glitch out clicking on an item will cause its icon to twitch around. The worst problem is that when i recall it leaves a flashing blue bar where my recall bar used to be. The mini map will also turn orange and the only way i can fix this is unlocking the camera and locking it again. But it will still come back seconds later. My spell list at the bottom of the screen will glitch in the same way the items in the store do. Yet when i try to record a video of the glitches they dont show up on the video. This is the only game this happens to. Ive reinstalled this game god knows how many times to try and solve this problem but nothing seems to work.
