Game Client crashes after every game

As the title says after every game my client crashes. A pop-up appears and says "League of Legends has lost contact with Maestro. League of Legends will now exit. Please try restarting the client". I have tried the repair tool and re-installing the game neither of which have solved the issue. The issue started about 2 days ago and while the game functions it is very annoying an tedious to restart the client after every match. It does not matter which game mode is played.

My computer is running Windows 8.1 and is up-to-date.
