No champions in champ select and unable to add bots for Practice tool and custom game.

Champ select has no champions to select, and bots can't be added. This problem is only in practice tool and custom games. I reseted the game multiple times, uninstalled, deleted leftover riot folders, reinstalled multiple times and restarted my computer. Nothing worked, this problem is only specific to my computer, I had my friend log on to my account from his computer and everything works fine. Also I can't use the report button on my client.

And my play button is greyed out

In champ select, I cannot change skins, all locked

Wow, these bugs must come in a package, because same here. If I'm lucky, sometimes the play button isn't greyed out.

same here, got to talk to riot support, they haven't really helped no offence @riot pls help us ive also noticed this has only been happening in oce servers, haven't seen the same thing in others servers
