Queue accept bug

Recently just tried to accept queue, and it stayed stuck on the accept/decline screen while having the voices of champion select go on behind it. Stayed stuck on that screen until I got booted for not selecting a champion and lost 15 LP for this glitch. Might want to check into this shit.

this has happened to me multiple times sometimes in various ways all leading to me being kicked from the matchmaking
