Legend 4 Emote and Glorious Legend War won't redeem.

I got these, and every time I redeem them I get the "Redeem Failed" message.

Also your redeem failed message is clever on its face, but ultimately obnoxious because it gives the user little useful info as to what the problem is or how to fix it. And yes, I tried to restart my client. This has been going on for over a week now.
