[CLIENT] League client opening but not at the same time.

So this has been happening for some time that my client has been doing this and I'm finally fed up with it. I click on the league icon to start the launcher and it just stays in the background like its minimized, then when I click on it, it just pops up a small grey box saying "League of Legends" and that's it. It even plays the log-in screen music and everything. I'm finally done and looking for help since I just tried reinstalling the game after deleting the League cache on my PC then starting from square one, all it did was put on the music from in between seasons and skins for a bit then switch to the high noon Lucian skin music. And I know that League works on my PC because it showed the client and I was able to update and play a game earlier in the day.
