gifted skin not received but rp gone?

Hello,

I gifted my roommate odyssey kayn skin, when I sent it gave me message along lines of "Error during transaction". The RP was deducted, no skin was received.

How to I get help with this?

Shit happens, contact support, they will be able to look at transaction log.

Also, relog your client, it may just be a local glitch in your balance or missing skin.
