[GAMEPLAY] Astronaut teemo placing shroom makes double sound effect

Just refunded happy elf Teeto and bought cottontail and astronaut. First game I played as astronaut, after I locked in happy elf was still available (although it shows as refunded on the account in question). I selected astronaut instead and once I was in game everything was normal (astro skin selected). When noxious trap became available and I planted one, the sound effect for BOTH astro and classic shroom are played one after the other respectively. The graphic of teemo putting it down is also out of sync with the sound effects. So far it doesn't seem to be effecting essential gameplay, but it's pretty annoying.
