Ulting kled as urgot while his passive is down, and re-ulting kled once he gains back all his courage, causes kled to lose health and passive shield damage, rather than dying immediately.

Urgot's ult does not ignore death-saving/death-ignoring abilities such as Trynd Ult, Kayle Ult, Kled Passive, etc

Basically, you ground up Skarl and not Kled just as intended

But look at kled's health bar, hes taking both health and skarl health damage simultaneously.

I'm not sure what you mean, this is what I see:

Kled is taking damage from Urgot's W (?) as he's mounting Skarl and being pulled in by the Ulti. Kled mounts Skarl before the Ulti is complete and Skarl is eliminated (you can see this by pausing it at 7seconds, the red health drop is only on Skarl's health bar). After dismounting Skarl, Kled takes an auto and shotgun passive to the face which drops his actual hp
