I bought the new Elderwood Ahri skin set and Idk why I didn't get the border. There's no border on the loading skin omg idk if it did just glitch or what. Help me get my elderwood border on ahri rito.

First of all, you are better of writing to the support on those matters.

Second, this is a bug that's been in the game for ages now, happened to me with Project: Pyke, for example. But this will usually fix itself after some hours - day. So no worry's for now, but if it still isn't their tomorrow I would consider telling the support.

Are you sure you bought the BORDER edition? There are two bundles, one with a Border/Icon and one with just Chromas.

Yes, I literally bought the whole set awhile ago and I've been playing for like 3 hours now and still I don't have it.
