My Client has been broken for weeks.

I have been constantly getting disconnected messages and not loading into games. I repaired my client 5 times this week already and I keep getting Program not responding message in Champion select. I have lost 40 lp today because of it and have a 30 minute wait time before I can queue. Please tell me what else I can do this is quite Ridiculous. Forgot to Add that I am on NA server
