Jhin ending bug

If Jhin is within his ultimate or his 'R' during the ending of the match. The screen will not scroll over to the nexus core and instead just show Jhin mid ultimate. Also when loading into the game as Jhin, sometimes a weird tooltip comes up and says your playing Syndra.
