"The Login Server did not respond"

Hey guys I wanted to play LoL the other day and I have windows 8. Well I got that Login Error and now its preventing me from playing the game forever. I have tried every single solution (DNS, Clocks, firewall, IE options, re-installation, etc). The game was working like a gem on my laptop up until now...If someone knows how to fix this or has the same issue please respond ASAP. I hope this gets fixed and I don't want to have to get a new laptop, I have tried everything and I know Riot won't fix this because its been going on for years and nothing has changed... Also I do not want to have to switch to Dota 2 or Smite... So anyone got any answers?

1: Have you tried running LoL as Administrator? 2: How about using the lol.launcher.admin to launch instead? 3: What about the firewall did you do? There are both ports to open in Traffic Rules, and internet access to set as allow/auto/block in Program Rules. 4: Feel free to try Dota 2 and Smite. Despite also being MOBA's, they feel more different than each other than two First Person Shooters feel. And they are F2P, so no cost to try it.
