[Crash] Frequent crashes mid-game

So lately I've been having crashes for about 5 games now. The issue doesn't happen with the client or with champion select or loading screen, the issue occurs during the game almost always after 10+ minutes. It's only happened on this last patch and I've never gotten it before, the first time it happened I went to the support page and was given an article about how the hextech repair tool can possibly help with it, I updated drivers and tried that and it stopped happening until just now. There's no performance issues in the game and it occurs randomly it seems. All firewalls were off, etc. Just want this problem solved.

Extra info about it:

The screen itself doesn't freeze, I can alt tab but not go to the other tabs I select and it's stuck on the league game with a frozen league screen. Music still plays fine and any background programs still run properly.
