Screen stops after Champ select + black screen

the screen stops on the loading page (after the champ select), when I Ctrl + tab and come back to the game, it turns black.

game sound comes out, but the screen is black you can't do anything.

You can see the game cursor but seems like you can't click anything.

HELP!!!! my pc is window 10, other high spec games work just fine!!
