Eye of The Herald - Disappears

In this replay the Eye of The Herald disappears after roughly 8 seconds ... even though it's intended to stay on the map for 40 seconds?

Edit 1: Herald kill message doesn't look quite right? Just noticed in the clip that it looks like Shaco clone gets kill credit and so real Shaco is unable to pick it up? It also disappears early because Shaco clone disappears?

Is that an intended interaction?

Edit 2: Was able to recreate in practice tool. Looks like the Eye of The Herald disappears shortly after Shaco clone disappears if Shaco clone gets the kill on the herald.
