[Crashing] Yasuo crashing my client. Please help :(

Everytime I pick Yasuo, I load up just fine and as soon as I connect my League just freezes. I cant click any where and no one connects in, also no sound. When I alt tab my screen just goes a black screen and I can't even open task manager and I have to restart my PC to load into the game, but by time I have joined the game I have missed many waves. I have repaired my client two times and it has fixed nothing. Just wants to be played by Holy
