[GAMEPLAY] Cinderhulk enchanted gears purchasable without Smite?

Before I start, sorry for my bad English. I'm a Korean user and I've found this bug yesterday. I was playing Shen Support. I bought Bami's Cinder during the game, the I've got bad Internet connection so I exterminated the game and reconnected. Then I saw that all of Cinderhulk enchanted items were purchasable in the shop(At that moment, I was holding a potion, Targon's Brace, Boots of Speed, Sightstone, and Oracle's Lens). I thought that I could've seen wrong thing because, and of course, I was not holding Smite, just Exhaust and Flash. But it was so curious for me, so I purchased one of them Skirmisher's Sabre - Cinderhulk. And Bami's Cinder vanished. Gold spent to Skirmisher's Sabre - Cinderhulk had vanished, too. Of course, it is not that critical bug for the game, but bug is still a bug. lol
