So basically I was playing Rakan, went with Ancient Coin and got the Elixir of Skill for it, but when I got to level 18, it still said Level up +1, even though all my abilities were already upgraded fully because of the Elixir of Skill.
Not fully sure if it's a bug or intentional, but still kinda weird to see.

DarkRitual1 votesThe issue was, once you got to lvl 18, the lelveup buttons for skills popped up, but you had no skill points to out in (since the elixir gives you one early), and would stay there with no means to get rid of them. So once you got lvl18, they would always be there untill the game ends.
