Jinx reaches 2.5AS without enough items

English is not my primary language. So feel sorry for my poor English.

I spectaed my friend's game few days ago. Jinx had only 2 items (Harricane and Berserker boots). While her Q was Rocket launcher, she did AA with max Attack Speed(link1).

And now, my friend tells me jinx's AS reached max AS during Rocket launcher mode without enough item to reach max AS(link2). She killed nasus in 2 or 3 sec.

It seems you're not very familiar with how Jinx works; I would suggest researching the champion next time you encounter a "bug" before making a bug report. Let me explain it for you;

Get Excited! Jinx receives massively increased Movement Speed and stacking Attack Speed whenever she damages an enemy champion, tower, or inhibitor that is then killed or destroyed within 3 seconds.

Get Excited! is Jinx's passive; if you read it carefully you'll notice she gains a stacking attack speed buff when she kills or gets assists, which can easily get her to 2.5 attack speed. In fact, it's interesting to note that killing an inhibitor gives Jinx multiple stacks of Get Excited! which almost always results in 2.5 attack speed, even in rocket form.

Yeah, I've seen some other bug posts about her rocket launcher attack speed.
