Black Screen In Champ Select

I've seen a lot of weird glitches and bugs in League but this is the first time I've had a black screen in the lobby. I could tell I was blue-side FP b/c of the sound it makes when it's your turn to ban/select a champ. Obviously since I couldn't do anything I eventually "dodged" and for some reason even though it was the first game of the day I have to wait 30 minutes.
