Traditional Lee Sin Bug

I just bought the Traditional Lee Sin skin and it won't let me use it. When i select it in team builder it says INVALID_SKIN and doesn't let me search until I change it. Also when i use it blind pick it just ignores my skin and gives me the regular lee sin skin. I don't want my rp to go waste and i only have one return left so i don't want to use that either. Please help!
