Influence Points not Refreshing

Okay, so I'm not sure how many of you get this, but when ever I buy something with IP, my current IP doesn't refresh. For instance I had 912 IP, and bought a Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction for 810, yet my IP still says 912. The only way it fixes for me is I either close the client and reopen it, or my session expires and it refreshes. And the last one sometimes fixes it.
