In ranked game disconnect from game and when i try 2 open game back i saw "We have restored this installation to an older version of LoL. Now we'll try to patch.." that problem and can not connect. What the hell is this why this happen

Sounds like it ran into an issue with the download, most likely due to missing files. It sent you back to an older version so that it could try to restore your files properly is my best guess.
