Item Bug

Guys I played one ARAM with Yorick and Rank solo with Kha'zix, both games have same Item bug. For Yorick, I purchased a triforce and then the item just disappeared. The same thing happened to my Kha'zix in Rank game. So is it a bug? Thanks guys!
