Found a Tenacity Mistake
I found that if you get the mastery that gives you 15% tenacity then buy the boots that give you 30% with both items in game it only shows that you have 40% riot please fix or explain this to me it should be 45% simple math.

Tenacity doesn't stack additively
It's stacks multiplicative. So it's 30% + 15%*0.7 = 40.5%
Tenacity stacks multiplicatively, not additively.
For example, a 2.5 second stun reduced by 15% is 2.125 seconds. Then the 30% reduction is applied to that result, which gives a 1.49 second stun. Overall, that amounts to a 40% reduction.
