Anivia possible glitch? (Ultimate abilities damage)

So I've been playing Anivia for a few days now, and i just noticed that when using the ultimate, it shows the damage dealt to the minions. however, it seems to be doing less than stated on the tooltip? at rank two it seems to be doing around 80 damage (To minions) when its meant to do roughly 100-120. I don't know if im missing something as to why its dealing so little damage, but this is just something that I've noticed.

(Also, a side note. While using the Blackfrost Anivia skin, the q seems to visually hit, but it doesnt always hit the stun. i dont know if it is just my eyesight betraying me or not, but there are some situations where it seems like an obvious hit.)
