rerolls in hex tech craft

i rerolled 3 champ shards and i got cameil and afterwards its says i got her permanently but when i went to my collection she wasn't unlocked fix this now cause i wasted 3400 lp to get the 2 champ shard

I crafter aurelion today and he didn't unlock for me either... 675 blue essence gone and he isn't unlocked...HELP

Try uninstalling and keeping it that way :)
